两所医院精神分裂症患者及家属对院外康复治疗需求状况的比较研究

A comparative study on the needs of schizophrenic patients and their families to comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital between two hospitals

目的比较两所医院精神分裂症患者及家属对院外综合康复的需求状况的不同,探索两所医院精神分裂症患者及家属不能进行院外综合康复治疗的不同的影响因素,为进一步完善院外综合康复治疗提供一些有用的信息。方法从两所医院门诊复诊的恢复期的精神分裂症患者中随机选取病例各200例,收集患者及家属的一般资料,收集患者的一般临床资料,评定患者BPRS量表,评定患者社会和生活功能量表,采用调查问卷的形式,了解两所医院患者及家属对院外综合康复治疗的需求状况,了解两所医院患者及家属不能进行院外综合康复治疗的影响因素,并比较两所医院患者及家属对院外综合康复治疗的需求状况及不能进行院外综合康复治疗的影响因素的不同。结果两所医院患者及家属对院外综合康复治疗均有需求,部分需求不同,但进行院外综合康复治疗受一些因素影响,二者的影响因素不同。结论进一步改善两所医院院外综合康复治疗的策略不同。

Objective To compare the needs status of the schizophrenic patients and their families of the two hospitals to the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital, to explore the different influence factors that the schizophrenic patients and their families of the two hospitals can not carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital, and to provide some useful information for further improving the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital. Methods 200 convalescent schizophrenic patients were separately selected from the out--patient department of the two hospitals. Then the general information of the patients and their families, and the general clinical information of the patients were collected. The BPRS scales of the patients and the function scales of the patients in their social and daily living were evaluated. The needs status of the schizophrenic patients and their families of the two hospitals to the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital, and the influential factors that the schizophrenic patients and their families of the two hospitals could not carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital were found out through questionnaires. Finally, the needs status and the influential factors of the two hospitals were compared. Results The patients and their families of the two hospithls had needs on the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital. Some needs were different, but they were influenced by some factors and the influential factors were different. Conclusions The strategies are different that further improving the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy outside hospital of the two hospitals.
