去骨瓣减压加颞肌贴敷术治疗脑梗死 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨去骨瓣减压加颞肌贴敷术治疗脑梗死的临床应用价值。方法37例脑梗死患者行去骨瓣减压并颞肌贴敷术治疗后,对其效果进行回顾性分析。结果37例患者外科治疗总有效率89%,其中优5例(13.5%),良15例(40.5%),中13例(35.1%),无变化4例(10.8%),无加重者。结论脑梗死的治疗要点在于早期诊断,早期彻底减压,尽快恢复血供.去骨瓣减压+颞肌贴敷术可作为大部分脑梗死治疗的一种有效手段。
