分析了语音通信干扰效果客观评估系统组成及原理，以FSK调制解调芯片73M223-CP为核心设计了评估系统的硬件电路，并对评估系统中的信号控制和软件控制进行设计，构建了主客观较为一致的语音通信干扰效果客观评估系统。

The paper analysed the makeup and principle of speech communication jamming effectiveness objective evaluation system, designed the hardware circuit of evaluation system making use of FSK modem chip 73M223-CP, and designed control signal and control software of objective evaluation system. Constructed A speech communication jamming effectiveness objective evaluation system which subjective capability is consistent with objective capabihty.
