运用层次分析法确定医疗废物管理综合评价指标权重系数的探讨

Study on the weights coefficient of the comprehensive evaluation indexes in medical waste management using the analytic hierarchy process

目的确定医疗废物管理综合评价指标权重系数,从而客观、科学地综合评价医疗废物管理质量。方法筛选9项综合评价指标,运用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重系数。结果所有综合评价指标中,以"规范处置医疗废物"所占权重系数最大,为0.3117,一致性比率(CR)为0.0055<0.1。结论各评价指标权重系数间无逻辑混乱,该研究的指标体系及权重系数可用于不同地区间医疗废物管理的综合评价。

Objective To determinate the weights coefficient of the comprehensive evaluation indexes in medical waste management objectively and scientifically. Methods The analytic hierarchy process was used to define the weight coefficients in 9 synthetic evaluation indexes. Results The biggest weight coefficient （0. 311 7） was handling medical waste standardly, the consistent ratio （CR） being 0. 005 5 〈 0.1. Conclusions The weight coefficients in 9 synthetic evaluation indexes have no logical confusion, indicating that this index system and the weight coefficients of indexes may be used in medical waste management comprehensive evaluation in different areas.
