摘要
质量管理作为一种哲学或管理方法,如何对其进行衡量,一直是学术界关注的焦点。在相关文献分析的基础上,本文以113家企业作为研究对象,开发出质量管理实践的量表工具,并界定了质量培训、管理者承诺、流程管理、顾客关系、供应商质量管理、团队工作、标竿学习、产品/服务设计、管理者参与和员工关系的10项质量管理实践。本研究的意义在于为质量管理理论进行补充,并对企业如何实施质量管理提供实践上的指导。
How to measure quality management practices is an essential theme for today's quality management researches. Through a detailed analysis of literature, the author uses a survey of 113 finns to identify 10 quality management practices which are quality training, team work, benchmarking, product/service design, top management involvement and employee relations. Such a study has the potential to contribute both in resarehing and in implementing about quality management.
