摘要
目的用纸片药敏试验分析仁济医院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药表型。方法根据Vedel建立的方法,采用8种药敏纸片的药敏试验结果对147株铜绿假单胞菌的β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药表型进行分析。结果147株铜绿假单胞菌有13种不同β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的耐药表型,仁济医院西部外科、风湿和肾脏等病区有3种以上的不同耐药表型存在。结论铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制复杂,Vedel所建立的表型分析方法可方便有效的分析铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株的β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药表型。
Objective To analyse the β-lactam resistance phenotypes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) isolated from Renji hospital using a novel disc agar diffusion test. Methods 147 P. aeruginosa isolates were analysed with 8 discs by the method developed by Vedel. Results β-lactam resistance phenotypes were found in 147 isolates. Over three kinds of resistance phenotypes P. aeruginosa isolates were detected in the departments of surgery, rheumatism and renal disease of the western portion of Renji hospital. Conclusions The novel disc agar diffusion test is a convenient and effective method in detecting the β-lactam resistance phenotypes of P. aeruginosa isolates.
