Analysis and Prospects: a Study on Norms of China's E-government Legal and Countermeasures

电子政务对于推动我国行政管理的发展有着重要的作用,电子政务相关法律规范的建立对于电子政务的发展又起着至关重要的作用,本文就我国现阶段电子政务相关法律规范的发展的现状分析入手,探究现阶段法律规范中存在的问题以及相应对策。

E-government is an important role in development of administration, however ,the legal norms established plays a vital role for the development of China＇s e-government. In this paper, author study at this stage of China＇s e-government legal norms, in order to found the problem and countermeasures of them.
