与血管功能有关的基因多态性与脑血管病

Gene Polymorphisms Associated with Vascular Function and Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要 脑血管病是由环境因素与遗传因素共同作用所致,其中,遗传因素主要通过基因多态性影响脑血管病的发生。文章主要对影响血管功能的基因多态性进行了综述,包括ACE、Col3Al、Col4Al、KRIT1、PDCD10、Notch3和ANP,同时按照医学文献证据级别的判定标准对文献进行了分类和讨论,对各种基因多态性与脑血管病的关系的研究现状进行了总结和概述。 Cerehrovascular disease is caused by the interaction of both environmental and hereditary factors. Among them, the hereditary factors mainly influence the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease through gene polymorphisms. This article mainly reviews gene polymorphisms that influence vascular function, including ACEI, Col3Al, Col4Al, KRIT1, PDCD10, Notch3 and ANP. Meanwhile, the literatures were classified and discussed according to the standard of criterion of the evidence grades in medical literattres. Present research situation of the relation hetv, een various gene polymorphisms and cerehrovascular diseases is summarized and overviewed.
