摘要
生理状态下,神经系统与免疫系统主要通过下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、交感神经系统和副交感神经系统(迷走胆碱能通路)维持机体内稳态。卒中后,机体内稳态失衡导致外周免疫抑制,称为卒中诱导的免疫抑制综合征,其机制仍在研究之中。文章从上述3条通路出发,对卒中诱导外周免疫抑制的机制和临床意义进行了综述。
The nervous system and the immune system maintain homeostasis mainly through the hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system (vagal cholinergic pathway), The homeostasis is broken after stroke, and results in peripheral immunosuppression, wfiich is called stroke-induced immunodepression syndrome. Its mechanism is still under investigation.The article reviews the mechanism and clinical significance of stroke-induced peripheral immunodepression through the above three mentioned pathways.
