S100B Protein and Central Nervous System Injury

摘要 摘要S100B蛋白对中枢神经系统(CNS)损伤的敏感性较高,能用于多种形式和不同程度CNS损伤的临床和预后判断,甚至可用于脑死亡的判断。测定S100B蛋白预测继发性脑损伤,使医生选择适当的时机开始治疗干预将是未来研究的热点。S100B蛋白是一种很有临床应用前景的生物蛋白标志物。 S100B protein has a higher sensitivity to central nervous system (CNS), which can be used in clinical and prognostic prediction of various forms and different degrees of CNS injury, even in the judgment of brain death, The measurement of S100B protein and prediction of secondary brain injury enable physicians to select an appropriate opportunity for therapy intervention, which will be a focus in the future studies. SIOOB protein is a potential protein biomarker that has clinical prospect.
