摘要 目的:研究小叶红叶藤Rourea microphylla(Hook.&Arn.)Planch.的化学成分。方法:应用多种层析方法进行分离纯化,通过1HNMR、13CNMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:23-羟基白桦酸(Ⅰ)、熊果酸(Ⅱ)、hederagenin(Ⅲ)、(E)-ferulic acid nonacosyl ester(Ⅳ)、瑞香素(Ⅴ)、山柰酚(Ⅵ)、芦丁(Ⅶ)、正三十一烷醇(Ⅷ)、1-hexacosanoyl glycerol(Ⅸ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents fromRourea microphylla. METHODS:Column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents of the plant and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS: 9 compounds were identified as 23-hydroxybetulinic acid (Ⅰ), ursolic acid (Ⅱ), hederagenin (Ⅲ), (E)-ferulic acid nonacosyl ester (Ⅳ), daphnetin (Ⅴ), kaempferol (Ⅵ), rutin (Ⅶ), 1-hentriacontanol (Ⅷ), 1-hexacosanoyl glycerol (Ⅸ). CONCLUSION: All compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
