近亲游仆虫的无性生殖和皮层细胞骨架的研究 Ⅰ.形态和形态发生 被引量:2

摘要 应用蛋白银染色方法和扫描电子显微镜技术,首次详细地观察了近亲游仆虫(Euplotes affinis Dujardin)的形态和形态发生,并对新纤毛小器官原基的产生、发育和老纤毛器的关系等进行了讨论. The morphology and morphogenetic processes of Hypotrichs ciliate Euplotes affinis are described firstly on the basis of light and electron microscopic observations by protargol stain technic and scanning electron microscopy.The location of the micronuclar of Euplotes affinis collected in Shanghai is different from Euplotes affinis Dujardin 1842.Tho proral membrane, like a sickle in shape, is different from that of other Euplotes.The drosal surface shows single or two bristles in each bristle unit. The primodia of ciliatures occuring under cortex in Eaplotes affinis are different from other species in Hypotricns.The relationship between primodia developing and grooves occuring is very significant.The grooves play a role in the orderly migration of the new ciliatures on the cell Surface.A new adoral of membranes(AZM) is developing near the old AZM in the future opisthe.A new proral membrane(PM) primodium of the future opisthe appears at the base of the new AZM primodium, then it migrates to right side of the new AZM primodium, and new PM is formed.A new first frontal cirrum (F1) is not occuring in primodia of Frontal-Ventral-Transverse cirri(FVT).A new Fl appears between old frontal cirri and old PM in the future proter which is different from that of the future opisthe.
