摘要
本文以玻碳电极为基体,制备了Nafion修饰电极,研究了Fe^(3+)在该电极上的阴极溶出伏安特性,并应用于痕量Fe^(3+)的测定.本方法在10~100ng/ml范围内Fe^(3+)的浓度与峰高呈良好的线性关系,平行七次测定的相对标准偏差为3.8%,回收率为95.1~101.9%.
The cathodic stripping voltammetric characteristics and the property of ion-exchange selectivity of Fe^(3+) ion on the Nafion-coated electrode are studied and the determination of Fe^(3+) concentration with cathodic stripping voltammetry has been developed.There is a good linear relationship between the concentration of Fe^(3+) and peak height in the range of 10 to 100ng/ml for Fe^(3+).The relative standard deviation for seven parallel determinations is 3.8% and a recovery, 95.1~101.9%.
