示波电位滴定法测定度米芬

示波电位滴定法是最近发展起来的一种新的电位滴定方法,已经实际应用于药物、合金和矿物的分析。本文用四苯硼钠滴定度米芬,用一个铂电极和一个银电极,示波电位法指示终点。度米芬是季铵盐药物,在一定条件下能与四苯硼钠定量生成沉淀。中国药典用四苯硼钠双相滴定法测定度米芬。双相滴定操作麻烦,有机相是氯仿,毒性较大。示波电位法装置简单,不需要外加电源,可以把两个电极直接接到示波器上。滴定过程中观察荧光屏上光点的移动情况。滴定终点到达之前。

Oscillopotentiometric titration can be applied to determine domiphenium bromide with a platinum electrode and a silver electrode. Domiphenium bromide was titrated with sodium tetraphenylborate solution in acetate buffer solution (pH 5.5) and the end point was indicated by a sudden shift of the fluorescence spot on the screen. This method is simple and rapid with an accuracy similar to that obtained by official method but without using chloroform.
