摘要
根据农用车底盘车架的结构特点,对传统的环链式翻转机构进行改进。用夹具固定车架,然后上移一定距离进行翻转,随后下落至装配主线上。本翻转机构采用电力控制,成本低,操作简单,安全系数高。
Based on the structure of chassis frame of agricultural vehicle, the turn-over mechanics of the traditional chains-type is improved. Jig is to be used to fixe the frame, then moved some distance upwards for turning over, and at last fall into the main assembly line. The turn-over mechanics is controlled by electric power with low cost and simple operation and high safe coefficient.
