Impartiality in classroom teaching

课堂是师生双方交往、互动的舞台,是学生发展的主要场所,是探究知识的场所,是学生舒展灵性的殿堂。然而,课堂中存在着教学不公平的问题,这不仅影响他们的学业成绩,而且对他们的身心发展造成障碍。教师理应为学生创设一个平等参与、民主和谐、自由安全的课堂氛围。

The classroom is a place where teachers and students communicate with each other and where students acquire knowledge and display their talent. However, unfairness in class does exist which not only affects students＇academic achievements, but also creates obstacles in students＇physical and psychological development. Therefore, teachers should create an equal -participation, democratic and secure classroom atmosphere.
