服务型政府中行政人员的伦理思考

Moral education and officials in a service-oriented government

十七大报告明确提出,发展社会主义民主政治必须加快行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府。真正实现服务型政府的公共服务、为民服务,不仅要进一步完善法律制度,而且必须加强行政人员的道德建设。当前加强行政人员的道德建设主要应从行政人员的"公共人"角色、行政人员的道德责任、行政人员的道德教育和完善监督机制等方面着手。

The 17th CPC believed that the construction of a service- oriented government is an inevitably choice to the democratic development of our country. To build such a government, we must strengthen the service function and improve the service quality. It not only depends on legal improvement, but also depends on official moral construction. At present, we should strengthen official moral construction through improving the awareness of the role of ＂public servant＂ , moral responsibility and moral education.
