我国民营企业已进入一个新的发展时期,需要实现产权结构、管理体制和经营方式的根本转型,即实现由单一、封闭的家族产权结构向多元、开放的社会化产权结构的转变;由家长集权的人治管理体制向现代企业的治理体制和管理方式的转变;由自发粗放式的商品经营方式向现代市场经营方式的转变。推进民营企业的转型需要具体情况具体分析,循序渐进;实现转型需要民营企业和企业家的努力,也需要政府和全社会为其创造良好的外部环境和条件。

In china, great changes have taken place in the private enterprises. Therefore, we need to reform the structure of property right, administration system and management pattern of private enterprises： we need to change the single and closed family-based structure of property right of private enterprises to the multi-dimensional and open social one; we need to change the management system from rule by man to the one of rule by law; we need to change the way of management from extensive operation to intensive one. In order to improve the system of the private enterprises, we need to analyze every private enterprise by the specific situation gradually; every private enterprise and every entrepreneur should take measures to reform the system. And, government should also improve the exterior circumstance and condition for the private enterprises.
