俄罗斯贸易体制政策调整及中国的应对对策

Adjustment of Trade System Policy in Russia and Its Countermeasure of China

俄罗斯正积极加入世贸组织,这必然导致俄罗斯政府在贸易体制政策上作较大调整,也将对中国对俄贸易与投资产生很大的影响。俄罗斯贸易体制的调整对中国在对俄出口、对俄投资及对俄劳务输出方面将会提供良好机遇;同时,俄罗斯贸易体制政策的调整也对中国构成强大的竞争压力。为此中国应当在规范中俄贸易,加大对俄投资力度,进一步改善投资环境吸引外资等方面采取积极措施,以适应俄罗斯贸易体制政策的调整,迎接俄罗斯加入WTO带来的机遇与挑战。

Russia is preparing to attend WTO, it is necessary for Russia to adjust widely its trade system policy, then it will affect Chinese trade and invest to Russia. Russian trade system＇s adjustment will supply good chance for Chinese export, investment, and labor export to Russia; Meanwhile, the adjustment of trade system of Russia is also the competitive pressure to China. Therefore, China should norm the China-Russia trade, increase the strength of investment to Russia, and further improve the investment environment to attract foreign capital and so on, so as to adapt the adjustment of Russian trade system policy, and to greet the opportunity and challenge of Russia attending to WTO.
