摘要
以玉米秸秆乳酸发酵残渣为研究对象,探讨其酵母发酵制取饲料的可行性。通过菌种对比实验,选取啤酒酵母为最优发酵菌种。探讨了发酵时间、温度、初始pH、接种量及氮源、碳源等因素对酵母发酵的影响。结果表明最佳发酵条件为温度35℃,初始pH为6.0,接种量10%,发酵24h。若添加由2∶1的尿素和硫酸铵构成的0.35%的氮源及30%糖蜜为碳源,可使粗蛋白含量由发酵前的9.2%提高到发酵后的14.5%,提高幅度为57.6%。而该残渣饲料的粗纤维含量降低,可作为较好的牛羊饲料。
Yeast fermentation for corn - straw production from lactic acid fermentation residue of kitchen waste was studied. Saccha romyces cerevisiae was chosen as the best strain for fermentation. Factors that effect the fermentation were investigated and the optimum conditions were obtained: fermentation time 24 h, temperature 35 ℃, initial pH =6. 0, inoculums size 10%, molasses addition amount 30% as carbon source, urea and (NH4)2SO4 (2:1) 0.35% as nitrogen source. The coarse - protein content was increased from 9.2% to 14. 5% with the increase range 57.6%. Feasibility analysis of the product shows that it is suitable to feed ruminant with the reduction of coarse fibre content.
