密度梯度离心法加上游法处理精液对精子运动参数及形态学的影响——附102份标本分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:了解密度梯度离心法加上游法处理精液对精子各运动参数和形态学的影响。方法:采用密度梯度离心法加上游法处理102份男性精液标本,应用计算机辅助精液分析系统软件分析精子各项运动参数,并运用改良巴氏染色法观察精子形态。结果:经密度梯度离心法加上游法处理后,精子活动率、活动力、曲线速度、直线速度等运动参数值均明显提高(均为P<0.01)。经该法处理后,畸形精子百分率、精子畸形指数均明显降低(均为P<0.01)。结论:密度梯度离心法加上游法可使精子的运动参数及形态学均得到明显改善,是较好的体外处理精液方法。
