摘要
用复合电沉积方法制备Ni-TiB2复合镀层。与纯Ni镀层对比,考察了TiB2对复合镀层显微硬度、摩擦磨损性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当镀液中TiB2的质量浓度为25g/L时,复合镀层维氏硬度达到6400MPa,较纯Ni镀层5200MPa增加了23%左右;当镀液中TiB2的质量浓度为15g/L时,测试条件下复合镀层磨损质量为0.11mg,耐磨性比纯Ni镀层提高了约5倍;当镀液中TiB2的质量浓度为15g/L时,在3.5%的NaCl溶液中测得复合镀层Jcorr为1.123μA/cm2,为纯Ni镀层的25%左右,其耐蚀性也得到了提高。
Ni-TiB2 composite coatings were deposited on stainless steel by electrodepositon from nickel sulfate bath containing TiB2 particles. Hardness, wear resistance and corrosion behavior of Ni-TiB2 coating have been studied compared with pure Ni coating. The results show that the Vickers-hardness of Ni-TiB2 composite coating reached about 6 400 MPa, increasing about 23 percent compared with pure Ni coating when the mass concentration of TiB2 is 25 g/L; the wear mass of Ni-TiB2 composite coating is 0. 11 nag, which indicates that the wear resistance is remarkably improved, when the mass concentration of TiB2 is 15 g/L; the corrosion behaviour was tested in 3. 5% sodium chloride solution and the Jcerr value of Ni-TiB2 composite coating is 1. 123 μA/cm^2 , which shows that the corrosion resistance of Ni-TiB2 composite coating is higher than that of Ni coating, when the mass concentration oF TiB2 is 15 g/L.
