电针对佐剂性关节炎大鼠炎症局部κ阿片受体mRNA表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:从阿片受体角度观察电针(EA)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠产生镇痛的外周机制。方法:以Fre-und’s完全佐剂造成AA大鼠模型,在EA治疗后观测大鼠痛阈、炎症局部κ阿片受体(KOR)mRNA的表达。结果:EA治疗后,大鼠的痛阈提高,炎症局部KOR mRNA的表达增强。结论:EA对AA大鼠有明显镇痛效应,且镇痛效应的产生与大鼠炎症局部的KOR mRNA表达增强有关。 Objective: To observe the effects of electro - acupuncture ( EA ) on the opioid receptors gene expression in the inflammatory location of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats, and to seek the peripheral mechanism of EA analgesia. Methods: Freand' s adjuvant was adopted to induce AA model. The pain threshold and mRNA expression of KOR were observed after EA treatment. Results : Pain threshold was raised, and KOR mRNA expression were increased after EA analgesia in AA rats, Conclusion: Electro- acupuncture has an obvious effect of analgesia on AA rats. The mechanism is related to the increase of KOR mRNA expression.
