冯梦龙与井原西鹤笔下两个少女形象的比较

Comparing the Image of Two Girls Described by Feng Menglong and Ihara Saikaku

"三言"作为产生于明代晚期的通俗小说,开创性地正面表现了市井平民的生活与感情,具有鲜明的写实精神,是小说发展史上具有里程碑意义的杰作。与之形成对照的是日本江户时期著名的通俗小说作家井原西鹤的"浮世草子"系列小说,以高度的写实精神,引导了当时庶民文学的蓬勃发展。冯梦龙与井原西鹤笔下都出现了女性爱情追求的悲剧命运,对比两个不同国度少女的生活环境与感情历程,可以看出小说家在表现新兴的市民群体方面所达到的艺术水准和思想深度。

San Yan compiled by Chinese writer Feng Menglong during the late Ming Dynas- ty, which described commoners＇ laughter, tears, confusion and pains arising from desires and disillusionment originally and faithfully, proved to be a masterpiece. Decades later, Japanese writer Ihara Saikaku, who lived in Edo Age when civic culture had been flourish- ing in Japan, featured townspeople in his short stories with a healthy attitude. Both of them portrayed young girls who tried to pursue their true love but failed miserably. Comparing these two characters＇ emotional experience and living surroundings, we can find the authors＇ high artistic standard and deep thinking in their presenting emerging groups of people.
