摘要
随着教育的发展,学校规模迅速扩大,如何保证与提高教学质量问题成为全社会关注的热点.教育质量评估目前以行政主导的评估活动为主,在学校层面的评估活动由于在教育评估理论、方法和评估所需资源上的欠缺,处于初步发展阶段。针对当前在学校层面教育质量评估中的不足,通过对教学质量和教学质量评估的系统分析,建立了教学质量的概念模型,运用粗糙集建立了弹性的评价指标体系获取程序,提出了一个简易的评估模型,并通过实例检验,说明了模型的适用性。
Along with the development of education and enlarged school size, how to ensure teaching quality and boost it, become attention of entire society focus. At present, the evaluation of teaching quality is education administration leading work, due to deficiency of evaluation theory and resource, the evaluation work on school level is in elementary development stage. Aiming at the deficiency of evaluation of teaching quality in school level, the article is through systems analysis of teaching quality and its evaluation, establish a concept model of teaching quality, and using rough set theory established a flexible evaluation criteria system capture procedure, and more, coming up a simple evaluation model, verify it via example, explain the applicability of model.
