摘要 基于Aspen Plus软件建立了Texaco气化炉模型,并对其性能进行了模拟研究。研究分析了气化炉的主要参数(水煤浆浓度、氧煤比和氧气浓度)对气化结果的影响,模拟结果表明:水煤浆浓度、氧煤比是粗煤气出口温度和组成的主要影响因素。 Based on the Aspen Plus software, a model for Texaco gasifier is established and its performance is studied. The effects of the main working parameters on the performances of the gasifier are analyzed, such as coal water slurry concentration, oxygen-coal ratio and oxygen purity. The obtained results show that the temperature and components of raw syngas are greatly effected by the water slurry concentration and oxygen-coal ratio.
