摘要
针对电厂投资风险决策问题,运用模糊聚类、层次分析以及多级模糊综合评价相结合的方法,提出了一种定量化与定性化相结合的方法,并建立了有关风险评价的多层次评价指标体系。运用建立的模型进行实证分析,验证了模型的正确性和可行性,可以为风险投资决策者提供参考。
For the issue of power plant investment venture desision, a qualitative and quantitative method is suggested using fuzzy clustering, AHP and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A multi-level measurement index system is established. A case is demonstrated. The result confirms the correctness and feasibility of this method. It can give reference for the venture decision-makers.
