摘要
介绍以三氯乙酰氯和丙烯腈合成3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-醇钠的工艺。本工艺中采用分步法,物料配比n(三氯乙酰氯):n(丙烯腈)=1.0:1.2,丙烯腈为加成反应的溶剂,最高反应温度不超过110℃。经过实验,筛选出一条较好的工艺合成路线,三氯吡啶醇钠的收率达到70%以上。
The thesis introduced the process for preparation of sodium 3,5,6-trichloro-pyridin-2-ol with trichloroacetyl chlorine and acrylonitrile. In the process, method of fractional steps were adopted, through test, find a better process, the mole ratio of trichloroacetyl chlorine and acrylonitrile is 1.0 to 1.2 acrylonitrile as the solvent, control the temperature under 110℃. The yield of the product is achieved over 70%.
