克拉拉·舒曼是西方音乐史上女性音乐家的杰出代表。本文从性别主义研究视角出发,将其还原至当时的社会背景中,从身份认定和历史贡献两个层面来剖析其作为女性音乐家成长过程中的不利因素。由于社会的偏见和家庭的束缚,使克拉拉的成功比男性音乐家更来之不易。即使取得了令人瞩目的艺术成就,但是在男权社会里,她的贡献还是被历史所淡忘。

Clara Schumann is an outstanding representative of female musicians in Western music history. From the Sexism point of view, the essay revived her to the social background she lived in, analysis the disadvantages when she grew up as a female musician from two layers： social identification and historical contribution, which made her success seem more difficult titan any male musicians. Despite her outstanding artistic achievement, in a Patriarchal Society, her contribution was left faded from the memory of history.
