基于“3S”技术的渔场渔情信息预报系统初步框架研究

Research on the preliminary frame of fishing-ground forecasting syestem based on the 3S technology

海洋水体环境信息是海洋渔场渔情预报的基础,对渔场渔情信息预报系统的框架进行全面分析,把3S作为一个整体,应用于信息获取的整体框架,从而提高信息获取的效率。在渔情预报研究历史和现状的基础上,提出基于3S技术的海洋水体环境信息获取和预报的总体结构及技术路线,阐述其实现的基本原理,构建渔场渔情信息预报的初步框架。

The ocean water environment is the general research is carried out in this aspect, foundation of the fishing condition forecast, so in this paper a and 3S technology is applied as a whole to the frame of forecasting system in order to increase efficiency of the information acquisition. According to the history and the present situation, the paper puts forward the general construction and the technique route of the ocean environment information acquisition and forecast based on the 3S technology, explains its principle, and completes the preliminary frame of fishing ground forecasting system.
