摘要
道路运输基础设施投资规模大,既具有非营利性,又具有营利性。对道路运输基础设施建设方案的科学评价非常重要。结合熵修正层次分析法,利用专家群决策模式对道路运输基础设施建设方案的合理性与可行性进行全面评价。
Road transportation and communication facilities investment is large in scale, which is non-profitable as well as profitable. On road transportation and communication facilities construction programs scientific evaluation is very important. Combined with entropy of AHP, the feasibility of expert-group decision model on road transportation and communication facilities construction program is evaluated comprehensively.
