摘要 传统的机械式万能实验机大部分实验数据不能实时显示和采集,不能适应现代实验测试的要求。文中参照机械式万能试验机的低碳钢拉伸实验,以Labview虚拟仪器为平台,设计试验数据自动采集系统,该装置可以实现在微机上动态显示、处理、存储,类似于拉伸实验过程中的力与变形信号数据。用该方法改造后的试验机在实验室中使用表明具有较好的适用性,从而将传统机械式万能试验机转化成微机测试仪器,这对传统机械式万能试验机的数字化改造有非常积极的意义。 The traditional mechanical type universal testing machine cann't acquire immediate display and dynamic data. On the reference mechanical universal testing machine low-carbon steel tensile test, taken LabVIEW software as the platform, this paper has designed the strength and the distortion signal data automatic acquisition system. This equipment can realize the dynamic demonstration, processing, and memory the strength and distortion signal data on the microcomputer which is similar to the tensile test. This improved testing machine shows good performance, and this can turn the mechanical type universal testing machine into the microcomputer measuring instrument. It has very positive significance to the traditional mechanical type universal testing machine digitized transformation.
