摘要 采用一种自制的端氨基超支化合物(HBP-NH2)对真丝绸进行改性处理,研究了HBP-NH2质量浓度、改性处理温度和pH值对改性真丝绸活性染料染色性能的影响。在较优处理工艺下﹙HBP-NH25g/L,温度90℃,pH9﹚对真丝绸改性处理并采用活性染料染色,结果表明,经HBP-NH2改性的真丝织物,染色性能明显提高,耐摩擦色牢度、耐洗色牢度以及匀染性能令人满意。 Silk fabric was modified by an amino-terminated hyper branched polymer(HBP-NH2)and its dyeing properties effeeted by factors was investigated, such as concentration of HBP-NH2, temperature and pH value. The optimum condition to treat silk fabric is followed: concentration of HBP-NH2 is 5g/L and temperature is 90℃ and pH value is 9. The result shows that dyeing properties of the silk fabric treated with HBP-NH2 are improved. Rubbing fastness, washing fastness and leveling properties of silk fabric treated with HBP-NH2 are satisfaetry also.
