摘要
本文以Ｃｒ４＋：ＹＡＧ作可饱和吸收材料，研究了高效率的灯泵单脉冲被动Ｑ开关Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光，单脉冲Ｑ开关的输出为５０～７０ｍＪ，Ｑ开关效率为４６％～５２％，总效率为０７５％～０９７％，脉冲宽度（ＦＷＨＭ）为６～７ｎｓ。
High efficient single pulsed flash pumped passive Q switched Nd:YAG laser with Cr 4+ :YAG as saturable absorber has been realized.The passive Q switching efficiencies are 46%～52% with the plug in efficiencies of 0.75%～0.97%,depending on experiment conditions.Typical output energy per pulse ranges from 50 mJ to 70 mJ with pulse widths from 5 to 7ns(FWHM).
