摘要 自来水混凝投矾的自动控制是当前制水工业的难点之一.通过目前自来水厂实际运行过程中对投矾量的影响因素的分析,设计了采用人工神经网络控制方法的投矾自动控制系统,并投入了实际的使用.经过1年的使用结果表明,在源水水质和气温四季变化分明的环境下,控制效果优异,实现了自来水混凝投矾系统的自动控制和节能降耗的设计目标. The automatic control of water coagulate vitriol feeding is one of the difficulties of the current water manufacturing industry. Through the analysis on the current influential elements ofvitriol feeding volume in the course ofthe actual operation of water works, the automatic control system on feeding vitriol is designed by using artificial neural network control method, which is put into the practical use. The result of one year's use shows that under the environment with distinct change on the source water quality and the temperature in different seasons, the controlling effect is excellent, which has realized the design goal of automatic control and energy saving of water coagulation vitriol feeding system.
