摘要
由教育部组织实施的高校本科教学工作水平评估自2003年启动以来,在取得很大成绩的同时,也产生了不少问题,其中最为人诟病的,是弄虚作假等形式主义做法。本文列举了高校教学评估中常见的形式主义的九种表现,剖析了导致其产生的制度原因和技术原因,并从评估体制、机制、方法和文化四个方面提出了根除形式主义的对策建议。
Undergraduate education assessment has made great progresses since it was launched by the ministry of Education in 2003.However, formalistic problems emerged along with the assessment process and arose furious critics.This paper describes various formalistic behaviors in the assessment process and analyses causal factors. Countermeasures to remove formalism from assessment process are also suggested and discussed.
