英格兰东北地区高等教育区域服务职能的发展及其外部影响因素分析

摘要 20世纪90年代以后英格兰东北地区的高校在区域服务方面取得了很大发展,也形成了一定的特色,为落后地区高等教育与区域发展的互动提供了很好的参考。高校外部的力量成为这一发展的重要助推器。 Higher Education in Northeast England has achieved important progress in the service for regional development since 1990s. It offers a good example that higher education works for the good of the community in undeveloped region. It finds that external factors are crucial to enhance the cooperation of higher education in regional development in Northeast England.
