摘要
用TiO2光催化氧化将巢湖水体中各种化合物含的氮转化为硝酸盐后用分光光度法进行定量测定,同时研究了各种光催化氧化反应条件对氮的降解率影响。结果表明该法的线性范围为0.00-0.35mg/L,检出限为2.55×10-3mg/L。
A novel degradation method for the determination of nitrogen in Chaohu Lake was proposed. It is based upon the fact that nitrogen in various compounds can be transformed into nitrate, which is further determined by spectro-photometry. Effects on the ratio of catalytic degradation were investigated.The linear ranges of the calibration cures were from 0.00 to 0.35 mg/L, The determination limits detection were 2.55×10^-3mg/L, respectively.
