摘要
虹吸式出水流道是大型泵站广泛采用的一种出水流道型式,其几何形状复杂,流道内的流动分布大多不均匀,并有局部的涡旋、回流、脱流现象.为了深入了解其流动特性,采用RNGk-ε紊流模型,对流道内流动进行三维紊流数值模拟.并通过模型试验验证了数值模拟结果的正确性.
The complexly designed geometry of siphon outlet passages which are widely used in large pumping stations, gives rise to uneven flow distribution in the passages, even some problems, for instance, swirl, reflux and flow separation. To discover the flow attributes, a three-dimensional turbulent flow simulation was conducted with regard to the flow in the passages by applying a RNG κ-ε model. More important, the result of the numerical simulation proved to be correct via model tests.
