摘要
运用问卷调查法和实验法,选取症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会适应性问卷(SAQ),对研究对象进行拓展训练实验教学,结果发现:实验教学后大学生在心理健康和社会适应能力方面较实验前有显著性提高,建议广大高校在体育课程中选择性地开设拓展训练课。
With the research methods of questionnaire investigation and experiment, the paper presents the research results of extended training experimental teaching with SCL - 90 and SAQ. The research result showed that the psychological health and social adaptability of the university students after the experimental teaching were improved. The paper also proposed to set extended training courses in the P.E. course in universities.
