在"健康第一"的指导思想基础上,从大学体育保健课程入手,研究体育弱势大学生的体育行为与心理倾向,根据其身心特点,设计促进体育弱势大学生心理健康发展的体育保健课程实施方案,以期探索一套适合他们的教学模式与方法,为完善体育弱势大学生心理健康教学提供参考。

On the basis of health first concept and the university health care course, the paper researches into the sports behavior and psychology of the sports inferior group of university students and designs the health care course to improve the psychological development of the sports inferior group of university students so as to find out a suitable teaching mode.
