炼油污水减排初探

Study on the Oil Refining Sewage Reduction

随着工业污水处理技术的不断提高,炼油污水处理和回用技术也得到了长足的进步。通过结合大庆石化公司炼油厂污水处理回用的工作实际,考虑从源头解决,将水处理水装置处理工艺进行改进,解决雨水、净水场泥水回收,浓水回用,各类废液的处理,脱盐水工艺改进等问题,提出了炼油污水减排以至零排的设想,并对实现污水零排放的可能性进行了讨论。

With improvement of the industrial sewage treatment technology, the technology of oil refining treatment and wastewater reuse has made great strides. According to actual condition of Daqing Petrochemical Company refinery, by improving the Sewage Treatment Equipment and Process, the methods of the rainwater and surface water recovery within the plant, sewage reuse, various waste liquid treatments and the process of desahing water improvement were discussed in the article. The imagination of Emission Reduction, or Zero - emission was even proposed. And the possibility of Zero - emission was discussed.
