摘要
2008年临近春节期间,一场大范围的雨雪冰冻灾害造成了我国南方大部分省市的直接经济损失和人员伤亡,通过各地、各部门和广大人民群众协同配合,共战灾害,取得了最终胜利。但这次灾害引发的新情况、新问题值得深思。
During the period when the 2005 Spring Festival was approaching, a large-scale of blizzard disaster caused immediacy economical loss and casualties in southern China. Although every places, every departments and vastness people cooperated together to fight against the disaster and had done some achievement, there still several new situations and problems about which we should have deeper thinking.
