农产品加工业对提高农产品附加值,提升农业整体素质和效益,促进农民增收具有重要意义。通过对广西农产品加工业现状的分析,提出加大政策支持力度,做大做强龙头企业,加强农产品加工业的科技创新体系,调整优化农业结构,以及做好产业承接与提升工作的对策和建议。
