摘要
通过对目前我国猪肉产品安全现状的分析,提出以猪肉生猪疫情预测预报体系、加工过程控制为主的产品安全控制体系,以及出口产品的检验检疫监控体系为关键内容,构建猪肉产品安全体系,从而实现"饲养—屠宰—加工—运输—销售"全过程对猪肉产品的安全进行控制。
According to the analysis of the status of pork meat product safety in China, this paper proposed establishment of pork meat safety system based on promoting the system construction of the pig disease monitoring and prediction, improving the processing control and inspection & quarantine level, so as to format the whole chain control of breeding-slaughter-processing-transportation-sale.
