专业定位是实现高职高专人才培养目标,决定专业建设成败的关键。以职业能力培养为核心的高职院校,对食品药品监督管理专业需要认真定位与思考。结合广东食品药品职业学院的经验,探讨了高职高专食品药品监督管理专业的定位、培养目标、就业岗位及其特点,为全国其他高职院校该专业的设立提供参考。

The specialty orientation and innovation is the key course to define the qualified personnel goal, accomplish teaching mode for the specialized subject in high vocational school. This paper aims at analyzing the specialty orientation, goal of qualified personnel, employment position according the practices of Guangdong food and drug vocational college. Following that, this paper also summarizes several characteristic and advantage of food and drug spervision-management specialty.
