摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定支气管炎片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法采用Phenomenex C18 Gemini(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱枉,柱温为室温,以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相:流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.501-2.506μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=1.0%(n=5)。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可作为本品质量控制的有效方法。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Zhiqi Guanyan tablets. Methods The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.5% phosphoric acid solution (50: 50) at ambient temperature. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 248nm. Results The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of Baicalin was 0.501 - 2.506μg (r =0.9999, n=5). The average recovery rate was 99.75 % with RSD of 1.0% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion control of Zhiqi Guanyan tablets. The method was simple and accurate, and could be used for quality control of Zhiqi Guanyan tablets.
