摘要
目的建立五芝地仙金髓膏中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，C18 色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（25：75），检测波长为250nm，流速为0．8mL·min^-1。结果葛根素在3-48μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系，回收率为99.0％，RSD=2．1％（H=6）。结论该方法灵敏准确，重现性好，专属性强，可作为五芝地仙金髓膏的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Puerarin in Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Puerarin with detection wavelength at 250 nm. The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol-water（25：75）. The flow rate was 0.8mL/min. Results The linear regression for Puerarin was obtained at the range of 3- 48μg/mL. Tile average recovery of Puerarin were 99.0%, RSD were 2.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and exclusive. It can be used for quality control of Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao.
