积雪苷霜软膏联合得宝松局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效观察

Effect on Combined of Jixuegan Cream and Debason to Treat Keloid

目的探讨治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效方法。方法入选的轻中度瘢痕疙瘩患者共81例。随机分为2组，治疗组42例，采用得宝松局部封闭治疗联合局部外用积雪苷霜软膏；对照组39例，单独使用得宝松局部封闭治疗。视瘢痕变化情况注射2-4次，治疗结束后随访t年，对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率90．5％（38／42），对照组总有效率71．8％（28／39）。随访1年后治疗组复发率9．5％（3／42），对照组复发率25．6％（10／39）。结论积雪苷霜软膏联合得宝松局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩可收到满意疗效。

Objective To study a more effective method to treat keloid. Methods 81 cases of keloid patients who met the entry criteria were randomly divided into 42 cases treated group in combined Jixuegan Cream and Debason, and 39 cases control groups treated with single use of Debason, with a follow-up of 1 year after treatment. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90.5% and 71.8% ,respectively; the recurrence rate was 9.5% and 25.6% in treatment group and the control grouprespectively, for a follow-up of 1 year after treatment. Conclusion It was showed that combined of Jixuegan Cream and Debason had good treatment effects for keloid .
