The role of constituent in the breast milk in metabolism of offsprings

摘要 母乳中含有丰富的营养素、激素和活性因子,这些物质不仅影响婴儿的生长发育,而且参与婴儿的糖脂代谢、免疫及食欲调节,对婴儿代谢和健康产生远期影响。其可能的机制为:(1)母乳中适宜的蛋白质含量、丰富的长链不饱和脂肪酸和胰岛素能提高婴儿的胰岛素敏感性;(2)肽类激素(如瘦素、脂联素)通过中枢调节食欲和能量代谢的作用;(3)生长因子和肿瘤坏死因子-α对脂肪细胞分化、脂质合成的抑制及炎症保护作用;(4)营养代谢的程序化作用。
